Hostel Orfeo is located in the centre of the city, established in 1969. it is situated within a short walk to the Leidseplein, the Kerkstraat, the Reguliersdwarsstraat and Vondelpark.
We are a guest hotel located within a short walk you will find the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh and the Stedelijk Museums as well as the Holland Casino and the City Theater.

The area surrounding the hostel offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, however guests may wish to start their night at the Hostel Orfeo lounge bar that is open until 11.30pm.

Most rooms at Hostel Orfeo have shared bathroom facilities, however there are several rooms with private en-suites that are available on request. Each comfortable room has TV, mini bar, and a washbasin.

Directions

Hotel Orfeo is located in the center of the city. It is situated only one minute away from the Leidseplein, and one minute from museum square. Leidseplein is the most famous downtown in Holland.

Once you get to Schipol Airport you can either take a taxi directly to us (which is about ? 35 tell the driver that the street is near the Leidseplein) or you can take a train to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Click here to find more information on trains.

From Centraal Station you can take trams 1, 2, or 5 to Prinsengracht. From Prinsengracht make a left once you step off the tram (the canal should be on your left). Then, take the first right which is Leidsekruisstraat. Welcome!
